Club funding is out there. Finding it is the problem.
How Funding Watch works
Tell us about your club
Your sports, where you play, your size, whether you run junior sections, your facilities and what you need money for.
We check the funders
Sport bodies, the National Lottery, foundations, councils and energy funds. New and changed rounds are reviewed before they reach you.
You get the ones that fit
Each match comes with what it funds, how much, the deadline, why it fits you, anything to double-check, and a link to the funder’s own page.
Built around how clubs actually work
- CASCs, unincorporated clubs and club companies — no charity number needed
- Matches on your sport, your area and your junior sections
- Facilities, pitches, kit, coaching, inclusion and energy or EV charging
- Weekly digest, or strong matches straight away — you choose
Funders we track include
We add funders as we check them. Local sources are added for the areas our members are in.
Need to raise your share?
Some funds ask you to find part of the cost yourself — Sport England’s Movement Fund, for example, can pledge up to half of a crowdfunding target. When a match needs match funding we’ll flag it, and show you how a PlayFundWin draw could help raise your club’s share.
Checked, not scraped and guessed
Every opportunity is reviewed before it reaches you. If a funder doesn't state something, we say “Not stated” rather than guess, and we show when each one was last checked. Always confirm eligibility on the funder's own site before applying.
