About the role

A strategically-minded creative, or vice versa, who can conjure big ideas but also understands the funnel and how content plays a role at its different stages. Their thinking revolves around what the customer wants/ needs/ feels - and is a natural at connecting a brand or product to a person through creative ideas.

The need to haves:

  • Can come up with creative campaign ideas / content strategies on their own.
  • Understands the customer journey and how it aligns with the strategic stages of the funnel.
  • Must be able to story-tell, write succinctly and communicate clearly.
  • Experience working with designers/ visual creatives and knows how to clearly communicate a strategic brief.

The nice to haves:

  • Basic experience with design software and design processes
  • Previous experience as a dedicated copywriter
  • Experience with sales and marketing support software
